Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media campaigns for a portfolio of B2B and growth-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice on calls.

With 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, you will optimize campaigns, track conversions, and provide clear ROAS/CPA insights. This is a remote role servicing US clients, with a focus on outcomes and long-term relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Manage targeting, budgets, bids, and campaign roadmaps.
• Conduct conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Present 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
