Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Digital Producer to keep paid media campaigns moving through the holiday push. You’ll support 12 footwear brands, each running 2 to 5 campaigns, and work with two client contacts. Your job is to make sure the right assets arrive on time and the team knows what’s approved, what’s late, and what can launch.

What you’ll do: monitor emails, track approvals, check specs, organize assets in Google Drive, follow up on missing items, and join internal team calls.

Qualifications

• Paid media experience across digital and social campaigns.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Google Ads.
• Asana experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly email chains for asset requests and previews.
• Track approvals and flag date changes for launches.
• Check specs and ensure assets are in hand.
• Organize assets in Google Drive.
• Follow up on behind-schedule items and alert the team.
• Join internal team calls.
