Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Media Project Manager to drive asset and creative delivery during the holiday season. This client-facing role will coordinate materials from clients and hand off to internal teams, using Asana to maintain timelines and workflow.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in media/marketing project management, strong communication, and experience with Asana. Remote role with EST or CST hours, up to 30 hours/week, on a W2 contract, at $60/hr.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing projects in media/marketing agencies.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Asana or a similar project management tool.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with holiday or retail promotional calendars is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset and creative deliverables and deadlines.
• Confirm accurate materials have been received from the client, and work with client teams to make adjustments when needed.
• Hand off assets to internal teams.
• Use Asana to manage workflow and timelines through the holiday promotional period.
