Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients with multiple locations. You will own the paid media strategy, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why actions were taken.

You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, testing, and targeting; ensure robust GA4/Tag Manager pixel setup and reporting; lead 90-day and quarterly plans and drive account growth through retention and upsell

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Grow account through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
