Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, testing, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. As the voice of the client, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee budget allocation and bidding, ensure reliable tracking with GA4 and tag management, and craft the 90-day and

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
Demonstrated ROAS/CPA improvement across campaigns
Agency experience managing multiple clients
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned clients
Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign pausing decisions
Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present narrative with numbers
Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships
