Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy across multi-location accounts, manage budgets, bids, and the roadmap, and be the strategic voice in client calls.

You should bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, agency multi-client experience, and clear English on live calls. Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across client accounts.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location or urgent care is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
