Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgets and roadmap, and act as the strategic voice during client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing and attribution, and craft the story behind the numbers for the 90-day roadmap. Prior work with multi-location urgent care clients is a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
