You will lead ROAS improvements across multi-location accounts with a focus on critical call outcomes. Bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, proven ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency experience across several clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
