Job summary

Pesty Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to own the Google Ads performance for a portfolio of pest control clients. You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive cost-efficient, high-quality leads in a mature data-driven environment.

You will work remotely from the United States, coordinating with the CEO and client teams, and you will be responsible for budgets, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to maximize CPL efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing Google Ads for B2C lead generation
• Experience managing $200K+ in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
• Available during U.S. Central business hours

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, mainly Search
• Own daily optimization across 8 to 12 client accounts
• Operate within guardrails and identify growth opportunities
• Document client-approved budget changes and deliver yearly budgets
