Job summary

Alpha Key Digital, a Cleveland-based digital marketing and advisory firm, is seeking a paid media manager who lives and breathes PPC. You’ll own Google Ads and Meta campaigns end to end, aiming for CPA profitability and quality leads rather than vanity metrics.

You’ll work independently with minimal oversight, set goals, optimize budgets, and report clearly on outcomes linked to real revenue growth. This contract, fully remote, offers flexible scope and direct access to the founder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google and Meta ads at a professional level.
• Track record of profitably scaling paid campaigns with CPA/ROAS results.
• Ability to run accounts independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong on conversion tracking, attribution, and tag setup.
• Bonus: medspa/aesthetic medicine/healthcare or local lead-gen experience and certs.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads end to end.
• Set Target CPA, lead volume, and lead quality goals.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid/budget optimization.
• Create ad copy, run creative testing, and landing page recommendations.
• Manage conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, call tracking).
• Provide clear reporting tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
