TLNT, a US-based digital marketing partner, seeks a Paid Media Manager to own the Google Ads performance for 8–12 client accounts. This fully remote role places you in LATAM time zones while you deliver data-driven growth for pest-control clients.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with account managers and creatives, and advance toward Senior Paid Media Manager as you optimize campaigns, budgets, and lead quality in a mature, results-driven system.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years managing Google Ads for B2C lead generation.
• Experience managing $200K+ in monthly ad spend.
• Expert-level Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), GA4 and dashboards.
• Advanced English (C1+) with U.S. clients.

Aufgaben

• Campaign strategy, launch, and daily optimization across Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Pace budgets and document client-approved changes.
• Analyze data in GA4, Google Ads, Sheets; explain performance changes.
• Join client calls or emails and translate performance into recommendations.
• Maintain campaign structure, UTMs, offline conversions, and Customer Match lists; contribute to SOPs.
