Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead campaigns for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You’ll own strategy, budgets, and reporting, acting as the strategic voice in client calls. You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and drive ongoing growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
