Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice for multi-location HVAC and home service clients.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, allocate budgets, and craft 90‑day roadmaps while driving retention and upsell opportunities. Remote work available for US/Canada/South Africa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: build, run and optimize campaigns yourself.
• Track ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers with ability to explain results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
