Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, HVAC, to own paid media across multiple HVAC client accounts from a remote position. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing ROAS and pipeline while maintaining clear communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
