Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy and execution across multiple platforms for multi-location home services brands, guiding budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling.

You’ll act as the strategic voice in client calls, with 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, and clear spoken English for US markets. This is a remote, full-time role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency.
• Strong English communication on live client calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
