Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy, budget calls, and the narrative on calls, acting as the strategic voice for multi-location HVAC and home service groups.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, pipeline growth, and long-term client retention in a fully remote setup serving US and international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with practical campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements; ability to discuss results.
• Experience with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
