Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You’ll lead targeting, budgeting, roadmapping, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You become the strategic voice in client meetings. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, CPA, or pipeline improvements, while maintaining strong agency experience and clear English on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
