Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company with offices in Montréal, Pittsburgh, Dallas, and Sydney. The Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across multiple clients and channels, driving performance and ensuring alignment with client goals.

The role collaborates with the Paid Media Director, account teams, creative teams, and analytics partners to uphold high-quality execution, measurement, and client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of paid media or digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience building reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, OTT/CTV, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Own campaign performance, pacing, optimization, and budget allocation across accounts.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Lead campaign reporting and performance recaps, translating results into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop testing plans and creative strategies.
• Ensure campaign setup, tracking, audience development, UTMs, and QA standards are executed accurately.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day media lead for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to media planning, forecasting, budget recommendations, and channel strategy.
