Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company with offices in Dallas and other locations. We are seeking a Marketing Director, Marketing & Analytics to lead digital marketing strategy across an assigned portfolio and to drive client success.

You will act as a senior client leader, guiding campaigns across email, paid media, data services, creative, and CRM while supervising the Marketing Manager and analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• 2+ years in a marketing leadership or management role preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing execution through email, paid media, social, and so forth.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, live events preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time, prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives and be self-directed and able to work independently
• Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
• Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole

Responsabilités

• Develop Marketing Strategy for Client and live events portfolio.
• Lead discovery meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
• Translate client objectives into actionable marketing briefs and project plans with the Project Manager.
• Build long-term client relationships through strategic thinking and execution.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Oversee activity of marketing team assigned to client and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing Directors on team assignments and time tracking.
• Support business development initiatives as needed.
