You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, testing, and conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
