Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why the spend is warranted. You are the strategic voice guiding campaigns from inception to results.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, track conversions with GA4 and ensure robust attribution. This is a fully remote role servicing US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads & Meta management and optimization.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location paid media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and articulate performance stories.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
