Job summary

Optery, Inc. is seeking a Paid Acquisition lead who will own the paid media engine across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging channels for both consumer subscriptions and Optery for Business.

You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet acquisition cost and revenue targets, build a continuous testing roadmap, brief creatives with designers, allocate budgets across channels, and drive affiliate partnerships while reporting results weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition across several channels including search and social.
• Strong ability to optimize CAC, payback, and lifetime value, with explainable results.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and other channels.
• Run B2C acquisition for subscriptions and B2B demand generation for Optery for Business.
• Build and run a testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and bidding.
• Brief and iterate on ad creative with designers, including UGC-style video.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on CAC, payback, and incrementality.
• Own tracking and attribution hygiene with analytics team: pixels, CAPI, UTMs, offline imports.
• Help lead affiliate partnerships: recruiting, offers, creatives, and monitoring performance.
• Report on channel performance weekly and translate results into next steps.
• Scout and pilot new channels when maths supports it.
