Job summary

Optery, Inc. is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and more for consumer and business audiences. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns against cost and revenue targets while guiding affiliate partnerships to grow signups.

You’ll lead testing, creative briefs, tracking hygiene with analytics, and budget allocation across channels with a results-driven mindset. Remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition across multiple channels (search + at least one social platform).
• Proficient in analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker Studio).
• Creative briefing and writing sharp ad briefs for multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and other channels.
• Run B2C subscriptions and B2B demand generation.
• Build and run a testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, and bidding strategies.
