Qualifikationen

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to influence senior management and drive account strategy.

• Own the customer experience within designated Colorado accounts and build strong relations with providers and staff.
• Develop deep understanding of account objectives and stakeholder networks to create strategic insights.
• Plan and conduct quarterly strategic planning sessions with account stakeholders to align objectives and tactics.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of account strategies and track progress toward goals.
• Solicit feedback from care teams and providers to anticipate needs and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate to plan and host medical education events and support congress/society participation.
