Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer, PACS to be the first point of contact for users, delivering expert support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems. You will work cross-functionally to resolve incidents, maintain service quality, and improve support processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree di IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years IT support experience.
3+ years healthcare or radiology-focused support role.
Strong Windows OS knowledge (Windows 7+ / Windows Server).
Strong Linux admin and CLI experience.
Experience with MSSQL and relational DBs.
Networking concepts and infrastructure support.
Experience with RIS/DICOM/HL7/EMR healthcare IT systems.
Cloud environment experience and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary PACS technical support resource for healthcare IT projects.
Provide second-level support for PACS and healthcare IT systems.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Coordinate projects and own customer communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and PM teams to resolve complex issues.
