True Vet Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Packet Building Specialist to support clinical operations through medical record management and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years in the medical field, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong typing/data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years’ experience in the medical field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong ability to work independently to complete all daily tasks required.
• Strong skills in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Fill out legal documents and forms for claims submission.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Gather necessary electronic signatures for these documents.
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when communicating with veterans.
• Perform data entry and documentation with strong typing accuracy and speed.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) efficiently.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat efficiently.
• Combine forms correctly to complete the packet for submission.
