Job summary

SGS & Co is seeking a remote, temporary Project Manager to coordinate packaging artwork production for key client accounts. You will communicate with design firms, printers, engravers, on-site personnel, sales, and clients to ensure printability and timely schedules. The PM ensures smooth handoffs to production and adapts plans when colleagues are absent.

Strong organization and communication required. Experience in the design, print or production art industry plus CSR background is preferred;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college/Associate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in CSR or the print industry.
• Experience in design, print or production art industry.
• Ability to work independently after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and Client during artwork development and pre-press.
• Attend pre-production meetings when feasible per client or sales requests.
• Respond promptly to Clients and maintain professional relationships with design firms.
• Communicate artwork issues to client and stakeholders, and document key details.
• Order entry: ensure orders are complete and concise for production.
