Job summary

Southern Champion Tray LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage strategic accounts across the United States. The role emphasizes packaging and distribution, building strong customer relationships, and driving annual sales growth through end-user engagement and distributor partnerships.

You will travel monthly, present at tradeshows, conduct product demos, and collaborate with marketing to align strategies with SCT’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of sales experience with emphasis on packaging and/or distribution.
• Experience selling into foodservice, restaurant, grocery or bakery markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently by air and land.
• Sufficient personal financial resources to travel between monthly reimbursements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full strategic sales and business development for distribution accounts in the US.
• Cultivate end-user relationships in restaurant, grocery, c-store and bakery markets.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and packaging audits for operators.
• Maintain an active pipeline and coordinate with distributor reps to close new business.
• Travel monthly within territory to participate in tradeshows and meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
• Provide forecasts and analyses for production planning and quarterly reviews.
• Onboard new customers and respond to RFQs/RFPs by deadlines.
• Serve as brand ambassador and develop tailored pitches for customers.
