Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business. This is an individual contributor sales role focusing on the Pacific Northwest region; candidates should be self-starters with sales experience and excellent communication.

Based in the Los Angeles area and able to travel about 50% of the week, you will build partnerships with local stakeholders, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver top-notch customer experiences from first contact to installation.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in individual contributor sales.
• Proven success selling to B2B/B2C customers.
• Experience working with general contractors, architects, or trade professionals.
• In-home or consumer product sales experience.
• Strong territory management and prospecting skills.
• Must be located in the Los Angeles area and able to travel 50% of the week.

Responsibilities

• Own an individual sales quota and drive results.
• Build and maintain a pipeline from prospecting to installation.
• Self-generate new customer relationships and sales appointments.
• Conduct in-person site visits and detailed consultations.
• Create designs, proposals, and contracts for prospects.
• Educate customers on defensible space and wildfire defense systems.
• Coordinate with PM/Installation teams for seamless handoffs.
• Report opportunities and outcomes in our CRM.
