Hazel Health is transforming pediatric mental health by partnering with schools to bring high-quality virtual therapy to students. We recently joined forces with Little Otter to expand access to evidence-based behavioral health services for children and families.

As a Hazel clinician, you'll enjoy a flexible part-time teletherapy role with W-2 employment, administrative support, and a steady stream of referrals so you can focus on delivering meaningful care that changes lives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
