Job summary

Hazel Health seeks independently licensed pediatric therapists to deliver high-quality virtual mental health services to students in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and health plans to ensure coordinated care, working a minimum 7-client caseload during peak PA hours.

Role involves teletherapy for ages 5–17, using CBT, PMT, PCIT, and related modalities, with documentation in our platform. Remote. Part-time with competitive per-session compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent PA therapist with school-based experience.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfortable providing care virtually using telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to expanding access to mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children aged 5–17 and their families.
• Deliver modalities such as CBT, PMT, PCIT, and CPP as appropriate.
• Complete clinical documentation (intakes, plans, progress notes) on platform.
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
