Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring Physician Assistants for its remote Virtual Health Assessment team. The role involves delivering high-quality care to Insurance members via virtual visits, with prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice.

You may support Oscar Medical Group teams including Virtual Urgent Care. Offers full-time schedules (4x10h or 5x8h), remote work from multiple US states, and opportunities for travel to team events.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP or ANCC) required.
• 3+ years outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least 2 Oscar States; FL license required; TX/OH/NJ/GA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority with physician collaboration for complex cases.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and open communications with patients and providers.
• Utilize tools for virtual exams and remote monitoring.
• Participate in collaborative care with nursing, medical staff, and supervisors.
• Attend required meetings and support operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
