Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a detail-oriented P2P Systems Administrator to support the Procure-to-Pay ecosystem, including Xflow, Concur, and Tipalti. You will manage user provisioning, access controls, and batch processes while collaborating with Accounts Payable and Procurement.

This remote role is tied to our New York office and requires 3–5 years in finance systems administration; experience with SAP, ERP, and data governance is a plus. Salary range $60,000-$70,000; non-exempt.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in finance systems administration or related technical operations.
• Hands-on administration of ERP, procurement, expense management, or payment systems.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for P2P tech stack (Xflow, Concur, Tipalti).
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, and SOD-compliant hierarchies.
• Monitor system health, batch processes, and data sync with SAP core.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors for support.
• Create and maintain technical docs, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
