Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager for Property & Casualty Small Commercial. The role leads a team of Dedicated Insurance Sales Executives, while also managing their own pipeline and pursuing new business development.

You will support relationship management across referral segments, align with bank partners, and contribute to producer training and succession planning. A base salary plus incentives and annual bonus comprise total compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years insurance sales experience in P&C.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop producers with product and sales training.
• Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals, and activities.
• Record sales activity in agency management system.
• Support bank partner referrals for more complex opportunities.
• Develop a producer succession plan for departing team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
