Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop producers with corporate product and sales training.
• Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals, and activities.
• Manage producers to record required sales activity in the agency system.
• Support bank partners and referrals of more complex opportunities.
• Develop and implement a producer succession plan.
