Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager for Property & Casualty Small Commercial. The role leads a team of Dedicated Insurance Sales Executives, while also managing their own pipeline and pursuing new business development.

Compensation includes a base salary, first-year incentives, and an annual bonus. The position emphasizes training, performance monitoring, and collaboration with bank partners to grow referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years insurance sales experience in P&C.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop producers with corporate training programs.
• Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals and activities.
• Record sales activity in agency management system.
• Support bank partners and referrals for complex opportunities.
• Develop a producer succession plan for departing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Inside sales for Commercial P&C products and relationship management.
• Manage pipeline, customer service, carrier education and compliance.
