Job summary

The Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager- Property & Casualty Small Commercial at Huntington National Bank leads a team of Dedicated Insurance Sales Executives in Small Commercial P&C while managing their own pipeline and pursuing new business development.

In addition to relationship management of referral segments, the role supports training, strategic planning and client service. The position offers a base salary with first year incentives and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years insurance sales experience in Property & Casualty.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop producers with corporate product and sales training program.
• Direct and monitors producer sales plans, goals, and activities.
• Manage producers to properly record required sales activity information in the agency management system.
• Actively support and monitor activities with bank partners and referrals of more complex opportunities to the Mid/Large team.
• Develops and implements a producer succession plan for departing sales team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
