Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of insurance sales experience in Property & Casualty.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, and to track pipelines and key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manager duties: train and develop producers in coordination with product and sales training programs.
• Direct and monitor producer sales plans, goals, and activities.
• Manage producers’ activity in the agency management system.
• Support bank partners and referrals with more complex opportunities.
• Develop and implement a producer succession plan for departing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
