The role requires an active P&C license and the ability to work from a quiet home office with reliable internet. Responsibilities include managing calls, documenting interactions, and meeting performance metrics while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in resident state.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours within 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet, dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service to customers and agents for P&C policy and billing inquiries.
• Handle a high volume of calls and document customer interactions accurately.
• Meet performance metrics (CX scores, handle time, quality, adherence, productivity).
• Maintain compliance with policies, confidentiality standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates to review trends and drive continuous improvement.
