Origami Risk is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant for its P&C Insurance team. You will tailor demonstrations, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with sales to map customer needs to Origami solutions.

The role combines business consulting, demo design, and ROI analysis to support winning proposals. You will engage with client business and technical teams, document requirements, and help scope initial projects while working in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment and traveling up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales consulting and/or sales engineering, or 6+ years for Senior Technical Sales Consultant.
• Previous experience with technical sales teams and sales executives.
• P&C Insurance industry experience required.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsabilités

• Presents customized demonstrations tailored to customer requirements and delivers business-oriented presentations to all levels.
• Engages in business consulting activities and conducts detailed prospect discussions.
• Designs and configures solutions addressing customer requirements.
• Stages scenarios and creates demo data as needed.
• Collaborates with the sales executive on opportunity strategy and approach.
• Partners with client business and technical teams to understand objectives and integration requirements.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Claims, Policy, or Billing products.
• Leads technical discussions and provides ROI/ROR analyses when needed.
• Writes customer-specific Origami proposals and management summaries.
• May provide initial implementation estimates and scoping efforts.
• Documents requirements and known product gaps for handoff to service.
