Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking motivated, client-focused professionals to join our growing P&C Insurance team. This fully remote, commission-based 1099 opportunity offers flexibility, growth, and uncapped earning potential.

We provide licensing support, training, and access to multiple carriers to help you build a successful insurance business from home. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, excellent communicators, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred but not required.
• Experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate property & casualty coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Commercial insurance policies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and ongoing service.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage adjustments.
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems.
• Follow up on leads and referrals in a professional and timely manner.
• Cross-sell complementary insurance and financial services products when appropriate.
