Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking ambitious, client-focused financial professionals for a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor role.

You will help individuals and businesses pursue financial goals across insurance, retirement planning, wealth strategies, estate planning, and lending services. We welcome multilingual candidates and provide extensive training, mentorship, and access to a broad range of financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License preferred but not required.
• Securities licenses (Series 6, 63, 65, 7, or equivalent) are a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analyses and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Develop personalized financial strategies based on clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and life stage.
• Educate clients on insurance, retirement, wealth accumulation, asset protection, and legacy planning concepts.
• Present financial solutions designed to address clients' short-term and long-term financial needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support.
• Assist clients throughout the application, underwriting, and implementation process.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems.
• Stay informed on financial industry trends, market developments, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with specialists in insurance, mortgage, real estate, tax, and retirement planning when appropriate.
