Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking motivated professionals for a remote, 1099 Property & Casualty insurance role.

You will assess client needs, quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Commercial policies while building lasting client relationships and providing ongoing service. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and can work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Previous insurance, sales, customer service, banking, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Commercial insurance policies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and ongoing service.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage adjustments.
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems.
• Follow up on leads and referrals in a professional and timely manner.
• Cross-sell complementary insurance and financial services products when appropriate.
