Job summary

TransGlobal is seeking motivated professionals to join our Property & Casualty insurance team. This remote, 1099 opportunity offers uncapped commissions, flexibility, and professional growth.

We welcome multilingual applicants and provide comprehensive licensing support and training. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, quoting and selling Auto and Home insurance, and maintaining ongoing client relationships through reviews and service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend P&C coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and ongoing service.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage adjustments.
