Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking motivated, client-focused health insurance professionals to help individuals and families navigate coverage options, including Medicare, ACA Marketplace, Dental, Vision, and supplemental plans. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity with unlimited earning potential and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License preferred but not required
• Experience in health insurance, Medicare, customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' healthcare coverage needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
• Educate clients on available Individual & Family, Medicare, ACA Marketplace, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Health plans
• Present personalized coverage options and assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through annual reviews and policy updates
• Respond to policy and coverage inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems
• Stay informed on carrier products, enrollment regulations, and industry trends
• Cross-sell additional insurance and financial services products when appropriate
