Job summary

TransGlobal is seeking motivated professionals for a fully remote, commission-only Independent Contractor role in the Life Insurance team. You will educate clients, assess needs, and recommend coverage strategies to protect families’ financial futures.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial protection needs and recommend life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on term life, permanent life, final expense, IUL, and other products.
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized recommendations.
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through policy reviews.
• Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends.
