Midwest Family Mutual Ins. Co. is seeking a Property & Casualty processing specialist for a remote role with occasional travel to the office as requested. You will handle endorsements, clerical claims, and underwriting tasks, supporting both personal and commercial lines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in P/C, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and reliable home office setup are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of property/casualty experience.
• Understanding of Personal and Commercial policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Process Personal and Commercial lines endorsements.
• Complete claims and underwriting clerical functions as assigned.
• Answer inquiries from brokers/agents, insureds, claimants, doctors, employers, vendors.
• Process renewals for Commercial lines accounts.
• Review property inspections and cost estimators; ensure internal controls.
