Responsibilities

• Timely review and processing of commercial quotes and new business applications.
• Answer billing questions and process payments for customers.
• Assist agents via calls, email, live chat, or instant messaging.
• Assist agents with personal lines changes and quotes.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Marketing to deliver on company commitments.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
