Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an Advanced Services Representative to handle complex customer issues, focusing on options trading and margin topics. You will empower customers to learn and trade confidently while feeding feedback to improve products and services.

You’ll join Robinhood's Customer Experience team, with in-person onboarding in select cities, then remote shifts with overnight hours. Your work blends empathy, product expertise, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service within financial services or trading context.
• Willingness to learn options and margins and obtain Series licenses as required.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Compliance and Engineering to improve experience.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA).
• Identify issues and provide effective solutions to boost satisfaction.
• Develop subject matter knowledge in Options and Margin trading.
• Use data insights to identify trends and propose customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, training, onboarding materials.
• Address escalated issues with swift, compliant resolutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and team process improvements.
• Provide support for Event Contracts after Series 3 licensure.
