Job summary
Robinhood is seeking an Advanced Services Representative to address complex customer issues, focusing on options trading and margin topics for our growing client base. You will be the voice of the customer, working with Product and Compliance to deliver empathetic support and help traders learn and grow while maintaining regulatory standards.
This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with data-driven insights from CRM systems like Salesforce and requires collaboration across teams to enhance our
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer experience in financial services
- Active Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Bonus if Series 3 and 4 licenses are held
- Experience collaborating with Product/Compliance/Engineering to improve product and service
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to improve customer experience metrics (ASAT, QA) by working with cross-functional teams
- Identify and analyze customer issues, providing thorough and effective solutions
- Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to handle technical queries
- Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and propose customer-centric solutions
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding processes
- Address escalated issues with swift resolution while upholding regulatory compliance
- Engage in continuous learning and process improvements with the team
- Provide support for Event Contracts upon Series 3 licensure, leveraging derivatives knowledge
